Gorropu Hotel - Urzulei

The location was perfect for the Gorropu hike, just a short 10-minute drive away. The staff was friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. And the highlight of my stay was definitely the dinner in the restaurant. The local cuisine was delicious and really showcased the flavors of the region. I had a nice and enjoyable stay at this unique mountain hotel. I highly recommend it!

The views from the rooms with a balcony were simply breathtaking, overlooking the wild landscape of the region. It was amazing to wake up to such a view every morning. Additionally, the hotel had all the amenities one would expect, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the Supramonte mountains called Gorropu. It was a truly secluded and peaceful location, perfect for anyone looking to go hiking or just get away from it all. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The restaurant on-site offered a delicious Sardinian menu, with a standout dish being the Culurgiones. Gorropu is one of the best places to stay in Ogliastra, allowing guests to easily explore the stunning surrounding areas.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, with balconies offering spectacular views of the wild landscape. The location is perfect, right by the walking trail to the Gorropu Gorge, making it convenient for hikers. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, giving you the energy to start your day of exploration.

Spent Easter in a mountain hotel near hiking trails and had a lovely time. the packed lunch provided for the hike was great, and the views from the outside sitting area were stunning. the staff was very accommodating regarding our late check, in and early check, out.

The room was quite cold and we were unable to turn on the heater. the Wi, Fi connection was very weak and only available in the lobby.

We stayed at a hotel in the mountains, right next to a fabulous gorge walk. the location was a perfect base for hiking in the middle of the hot summer, with breathtaking views. the room was reasonably comfortable and had a spectacular view. the terrace at the ground floor was a nice spot to wind down, chill-out and enjoy the scenery.
